To remove the driver manually, enter rmmod isicom. This removes

the driver only if no ISI ports are in use.

Removing the ISI Driver (Linux)

1. Type cd /usr/local. Press ENTER.

2. Type rm -r ISICOM. Press ENTER.

3. This will remove driver for all ISIHx cards in that Linux server.

4. Remove the isictl file by typing rm isictl in the /dev directory.

5. Remove all devices that start with ttyM1x, ttyM2x, ttyM3x and

ttyM4x in the /dev directory.

rm ttyM1*

rm ttyM2*

rm ttyM3*

rm ttyM4*
